Lead Physio Adam

LEAD PHYSIOTHERAPIST Adam Arthur

Adam is a qualified physiotherapist. Graduated from Bournemouth University in 2017 and is currently completing post graduate advanced training at the University of Essex. During his dissertation, Adam was a co-author in publishing a research article ‘World Rugby Concussion’ smartphone application in the British Journal of Sports Medicine. 

Adam is currently a Musculoskeletal Team Leader in the NHS and has experience in private practice and professional sport having worked for Ipswich Town FC Academy teams. Additionally, Adam worked at the athlete village medical centre and training venues during the 2022 Commonwealth Games and currently works with the England Women’s Lacrosse Team.

 

Adam has a specialist interest in spinal pain and sports rehab.

PHYSIOTHERAPIST Josh Ellis

Josh completed his physiotherapy degree in 2022 at the University of East London.

Josh is currently exploring the many areas that Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy has to offer through a rotational physiotherapy role with the NHS.

 

Prior to the rotational MSK position Josh completed outpatient physiotherapy he completed a rotation in the community, where he encountered many amazing people with many different conditions.

Outside of work, Josh enjoys travelling, programming, and reading regularly.
