  • What should I expect during my first appointment?
During your first appointment, your physiotherapist will conduct a thorough assessment to determine the root cause of your symptoms. This may include questions about your medical history, a physical examination, and possibly some diagnostic tests. Based on their findings, they will develop a personalized treatment plan.
  • How long will my treatment take?
The length of your treatment will depend on the severity of your condition, your overall health, and how quickly you respond to treatment. Your physiotherapist will work with you to develop a treatment plan that is tailored to your specific needs and goals.
  • Will my insurance cover my treatment?
Many insurance plans do cover physiotherapy treatment, but it's important to check with your individual plan to confirm your coverage. We can also assist you in determining your coverage and submitting claims if necessary.
  • Where can I park?
2 hours free parking at Riverside Retail Park - 2 minutes walk.
  • What do Physiotherapists do
Physiotherapists are healthcare professionals who diagnose and manage a broad range of conditions ranging from the bones and muscles to the cardiovascular system, nerves and other systems within the body. Physiotherapists can help you manage chronic diseases, give health and life style advice as well as prescribe exercise. Physiotherapists work with patients to help them manage pain, balance, mobility and motor function in all ages.
  • Why use a Physiotherapist
Waiting lists for NHS treatment can be long and delays can have an adverse effect on a persons mental and physical health. Seeing a physiotherapist even for a one-off session can often ease the stress associated with the reasons for you needing NHS treatment and help sign post what treatment is required. Physiotherapists are experts in human movement and have a key role in prevention, identification, assessment, treatment and (re)habilitation of individuals when movement and function are threatened or affected by ageing, injury, diseases, conditions or environmental factors.
