Manual Lymphatic Drainage

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) is a gentle, rhythmic massage technique designed to stimulate the lymphatic system — the network of vessels and nodes that helps remove waste, toxins, and excess fluid from the body.

It was first developed by Emil Vodder in the 1930s and is now widely used in medical settings to support healing and reduce swelling. More recently it has been used widely across Europe for overall wellness.
